2. Identify the problem

3. Ideation (or brainstorming)
All the ideas that are submitted must be taken into account, even those that seem obvious at first glance. Encourage reflection and try to welcome each idea with fresh, outside eyes.
 
4. Prototype creation
The aim is to give concrete, visual form to your solution. To see whether the version you have in front of you, even if it's small and inexpensive (and it should be at this stage), can solve the initial problem.
 
5. The test phase
This is it! Now it's time to test the solution you selected in the previous phase. Based on the results of these tests, you can adjust your solution to make it as perfect as possible, although nothing can ever be taken for granted.
 

Who is Design Thinking for?

Just because the word design is used in the term Design Thinking doesn't mean that only designers are concerned by this method - not at all! The key steps outlined above (empathy, defining the problem, etc.) apply to a wide range of fields, including science, management, art, technology and so on.
