What does this support involve?

What is business mentoring and who is it for? It's an interpersonal relationship of support, exchange and learning in which a person fromexperience (mentor) invests his or her wisdom and expertise to foster the development of another person (mentee) who has skills to acquire and needs objectives to achieve. It is designed for business people of all sizes, regardless of their stage of development (start-up, growth, succession) or sector of activity (manufacturing, social economy, etc.).

What are the advantages of this support?

It's a well-known fact that business mentoring has enabled 70% of mentored SME owners to pass the famous five-year milestone. This percentage is twice as high as for unmentored entrepreneurs. This support also enables :
