This product is used for buyout projects in a business succession context, or in the start-up, acquisition, expansion or modernization of a business majority-owned by young entrepreneurs under the age of 40.

- Youth Strategy loans can range from 5,000$ to 25,000$ per contractor (maximum of 2 contractors per project).
- This product offers a 2-year interest payment vacation
- The interest rate offered from 25e month is calculated on the basis of the prime business rate + 3%
- The term offered can extend up to 7 years
