The SADC Achigan-Montcalm team supports hundreds of entrepreneurs in the region: 10 municipalities in the Montcalm RCM, the municipalities of L'Épiphanie, L'Assomption and Saint-Sulpice in the L'Assomption RCM, and the municipalities of Sainte-Sophie and Saint-Hippolyte in the Rivière-du-Nord RCM.
As a continuation of its financing and guiding services for business managers, the SADC offers business mentoring sessions in partnership with the mentoring services of the Montcalm MRC Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Cienov and in collaboration with the Réseau Mentorat (Fondation de l'entrepreneurship).
Business mentoring, powered by the Montcalm MRC Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Cienov, is aimed at all business managers who want to boost their professional activity and, above all, their personal development. This mentoring service is available throughout the MRCs of Montcalm and l'Assomption, whatever the stage of development of the business, the age of the mentee or the sector of activity concerned.
Experienced mentors are on hand to guide the mentee with a very human approach.
Far removed from a business coach or a trainer focused on know-how, the mentor is there to help the mentee develop personally in his or her role as entrepreneur.
